Perpetual Burn stuff: Albert Comas just put my white & black Hurricane guitar I used on Perpetual Burn (and on cover of Speed Metal Symphony) back together with all of its original parts, except for the Hurricane logo, which I had scratched off. Richard Cruz, Jr. replaced it, I don’t know how! This blue Hurricane and red leather coat were on the album cover. I recently found the bottom promo copies which I had signed back in the day.

I still love that album. As a teenage guitarist (Iwas 15 when this album was released), it just made me practice even harder. I know I’ve already told Jason this on the old forum, but having such great guitarists that were so close to my age didn’t do a thing to discourage me. It made me tell myself that I could do this too.
Thanks, Jason. Your skill as guitarist made me a better player. And now, your courage, heart, passion, ingenuity, and your absolute unwillingness to stop has inspired me on much deeper levels.

Jason I often think of going to bed without practicing. I do end up getting my butt moving and I practice in honor of you. I’ve been playing a year and a half, and I don’t think I would be moving along at the pace I am had it not been for you!!! Thank you for giving me the strength and motivation.
